The farm has a large private pool with panoramic views of the sea.
The house is divided into 3 independent parts, the ground floor of the main house is made up of: living room, dining room, independent kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and 3 bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two single beds and the typical Riu Rau covered terrace.
The upper floor has two bedrooms with two single beds each, a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, a second bathroom with a shower, a living room, a dining room and a kitchen.
The third part is made up of a living-dining room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, a single bedroom and another bedroom with a double bed.
Benissa Costa is a beautiful area where you can do endless activities, enjoy its beautiful and unique coves, where you can sunbathe and bathe or practice water sports such as kayaking, scuba diving, paddle surfing, windsurfing and others. It is also the ideal place for hiking thanks to its impressive natural landscapes and mountain routes. Some of the most popular routes are the Benissa Costa Ecological Walk and La Malla Verda.
Benissa Costa has a wide variety of restaurants where you can taste the delicious Mediterranean cuisine, such as arroz a banda and seafood paella.
